At Everlasting Smiles, we never want treatment costs to prevent you from receiving the quality care you deserve. Our private in-house membership plan provides deep savings on our long list of dental treatments, including preventive care, your child’s routine dental exams, dental implants, periodontal therapy, and more.
This is a private dental savings plan and it is not an insurance plan. It is only offered at our office.
Everlasting Smiles offers 3 dental discount plans to choose from: Child Complete, Adult Complete, and Perio Complete.
Child Complete (Ages 0-19)
For our youngest patients aged 0-19, we offer the following: The dental discount plan for our youngest patients aged 0-19 costs just $195 per year and includes the following benefits:
- $195/year
- Routine preventive cleanings (prophylaxis) and check-ups
- All limited exams
- 1 fluoride treatment
- 1 set of routine x-rays & PA's as needed
- Cosmetic, orthodontic & dental implant consultation
- 20% off other procedures completed at Everlasting Smiles
- Discount for an additional family member at $125 per year!
Adult Complete (Ages 20+)
We offer the following for our adult patients aged 20 and older:
- $195/year
- Routine preventive cleanings (prophylaxis) and check-ups
- 2 periodic exams
- All limited exams and emergency exams
- 1 set of routine x-rays 1 & PA's as needed
- Cosmetic, orthodontic & dental implant consultation
- 20% off other procedures completed at Everlasting Smiles
- Discount for an additional family member at $125 per year!
Perio Complete (Ages 20+)
We offer the following plan tailored to our adult patients with periodontal disease:
- $250/year
- 2 periodic exams
- All limited/emergency exams
- 1 set of routine x-rays & PA's as needed
- 20% off other procedures completed at Everlasting Smiles
- Cosmetic, orthodontics & implant consultation
- Discount for an additional family member at $195 per year!
At Everlasting Smiles, we also accept most major credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and cash payments.
