Meet the Team
Everlasting Smiles of Palm Beach Gardens boasts a well-trained staff full of energy and compassion. From our office staff to our dental hygienists, your dental health is our business and we take our business very seriously!
Venetta Facey MHA, SSGB – Office Manager/Administrator
Venetta joined the team at Everlasting Smiles in 2010. She has over 30 years of dental experience, most of which has been spent managing dental practices both DSO and private practices. She is an expert dental billing specialist who enjoys a good fight with the dental insurance companies by advocating for her patients to get their claims paid.
Dentistry has always been Venetta's passion and as such her greatest satisfaction is the time that she spends educating her patients on the importance of a healthy mouth and how that contributes to their overall health. She considers the patients and staff at Everlasting Smiles an extension of her immediate family, and it gives her great joy to be among them every day.
When Venetta isn't in the office, she's at home doing what she loves most: preparing tasty meals for her family and working out. Now that her children are all grown up, she also likes to take them with her on vacation to her birth country Jamaica where they get to immerse in the culture of reggae music, sampling the tasty, exquisite cuisine, tour the lush green island and learning more about mom’s roots.
Pauline Ma - Insurance Coordinator
Pauline has been with the practice since inception and has been an invaluable asset to our insurance department. Besides verifying, posting insurance payments and filing insurance claims for the office, she is a registered dietician who loves educating patients on their health and the correlation orally. Pauline is an obsessive plant lover and collector. She has a vast collection of rare plants such as Philodendron, Begonias, and Hoyas to name a few. Her other pastimes are solving different games puzzles and watching scary movies in mute.
Leda Paul – Treatment Plan Coordinator
Leda has been with Everlasting Smiles since 2019 and is enjoying the world of dentistry after her almost decade-long experience in the restaurant field.
Leda is more of a homebody and enjoys music, reading, movies and yoga. If the weather is right, you can find her out running circles at her local park.
Brenda Lilienthal, RDH – Hygiene Department
Brenda has been a hygienist for over 20 years, with the last 9 of them being with our office. Her passion is helping and educating patients about their dental health. When not working, you can find Brenda running around town in her "Lilly" playing pickleball, or hanging out on her boat.
Patricia Anderson-Reid CRDH, BASDH – Hygiene Department
Patricia began her dental career over 25 years ago as a registered dental hygienist after earning her degree at NYU in 1996.
Patricia has lived in South Florida since 1998 and has remained passionate about dentistry and committed to staying current in oral health care. Her favorite aspect of the profession is providing her patients with the experience of good oral care, removing the fear factor out of dentistry, and providing them with a brilliant smile!
Patricia is completely dedicated to individualized patient education, building trust, confidence, and long-term relationships.
Patricia enjoys planning adventures that she can share with her friends and family.
Judith Berk – Registered Dental Assistant
Judith and her siblings emigrated to Florida from South America when she was a teenager. She learned English as a second language, graduated high school, and went on to study dentistry. After running her own business for 16 years, Judith decided to return to the field of dentistry. She has spent several years in the dental field and has found a professional home working with Dr. Ma at Everlasting Smiles. Judith’s excellent attitude toward her job shines through every time she interacts with a patient in her trademark reassuring and calming manner.
When she’s not in the office, Judith enjoys fishing and boating, tennis, golf, jogging, bicycling, cooking, watching hockey, pickleball, and football.
